APERTURESyndicate
The company that owns and operates everything below.
APERTURESyndicate OÜ is a private limited company registered in Tallinn, Estonia. It owns every brand, product and department on this page, runs the shared platform they all sit on — one account, one billing system, one documentation site — and is the legal counterparty in every agreement a user or a creator signs.
The structure is deliberately flat: one production division, ASProduction, and six departments under it. Departments own products, the company owns the departments. Nothing below is a separate legal entity — these are trading names, not companies.
Everything the company publishes runs on infrastructure it operates itself, inside the European Union.

The production arm — every department reports into it.
ASProduction is the single production division of APERTURESyndicate. It sits between the company and the departments: the company holds the legal and financial side, ASProduction holds the work — what gets built, in what order, and to what standard.
It ships nothing under its own name. Its output is the six departments below and the shared engineering platform they all deploy onto: one sign-in across every product, one billing system, one design system, one set of policies.
A new department starts on infrastructure that already exists, which is why the Syndicate can open a whole product lane without building a company around it first.

ASCodeworks
Software, tools and the infrastructure everything else runs on.
ASCodeworks is the engineering department. It builds the tools other people build with — the SYNX configuration format, the ASVentor media toolkit, the ASInstaller launcher — and the platform underneath every Syndicate product: accounts and sign-in, permissions, billing, storage, the developer portal and the public API.
It is the reason the rest of the structure moves quickly. When a department opens a new product, the hard parts already exist.
An active configuration format, built for AI and humans.
SYNX is a configuration format with types, validation, environment binding and computed values. A plain file reads like data. Add one directive and the same file becomes a live config that can require a variable, clamp a number, pull a secret out of the environment or compute a value as it loads.
Every service in the Syndicate is configured with it. The format itself is published openly: a normative specification, parsers for nine languages, editor integrations, a package registry and a browser playground.
SYNXL, its record-stream companion, does for datasets what JSONL and CSV do — without the ambiguity those two never resolved.

ASVentor is a toolkit of media utilities — format conversion, upscaling, background removal, OCR, PDF and image work, a collaborative map maker. Where the browser can do the job, the file never leaves your machine. Only the heavy jobs go to a server.
It exists for the person who needs one file fixed right now and does not want to install anything, make an account, or hand their photos to a stranger.
ASInstaller installs Syndicate desktop applications from a signed catalogue and keeps them up to date in the background — Resonance, ASAI, Minidi and whatever ships next.
It is a single portable executable that updates itself, so there is nothing to reinstall and no installer left behind on your disk.
Artificial intelligence — models, datasets and what gets built on them.
ASEtherane is the AI department. It decides which models the platform runs, how they are served, what data may be published and sold, and the terms anyone gets to use any of it under.
ETHERANE is its public face: model access and the datasets marketplace, where people publish and sell training data. ASAI is the product built on top.
The department also owns the line the company will not cross — no training on user data unless the user opts in, and no pretending a model output is a fact.
ASAI is the assistant: chat, image generation, collaborative boards, and long-running roleplay with characters and worlds that other people write and publish. Several models sit behind one interface, and it picks between them by task rather than making you choose.
Free to start. Paid tiers raise the limits and open the heavier models.

The music department — label, distribution and streaming.
ASMusic is the music arm of the Syndicate. It signs and distributes artists, handles rights and royalties, and operates Resonance — the streaming service where that catalogue lives next to everyone else's.
Releases on Resonance are ours end to end. Distribution to the outside stores runs through TuneCore.
The department's promise to an artist is deliberately plain: keep your rights, keep your audience, get paid from a pool you can see the maths of.
Resonance streams music with word-level synced lyrics, a local library that sits beside the cloud one instead of hiding behind it, an offline locker, listening together with friends in real time, and artist pages the artists themselves control.
It runs on the web, on Windows as a desktop app, and on phones. Free to use, with Premium, Symphony and Family removing the limits.
Creators publish through the creators portal and are paid from a revenue pool with a published formula — 70 percent of it goes to creators.

ASInkline
Writing — original fiction, fan work, and the authors behind both.
ASInkline is the writing department. It builds the places where text gets published and read: original fiction, fan work, serialised novels, and the tooling an author needs to run a series rather than upload a file and hope.
Novellica is its first platform, and the department's brief is the same as ASMusic's, one medium over: the audience follows the author, not the host.

Novellica
A publishing platform for authors and their readers.
Novellica is where authors publish — original novels and fan fiction alike — chapter by chapter, with reading progress, libraries, and a following that stays with the writer.
It is in development. Nothing is public yet.

ASEntertainment
Film, animation and everything made to be watched.
ASEntertainment is the entertainment department: film and animation produced in-house, plus the creator work the Syndicate publishes in that lane.
It is the youngest kind of work the company does and the slowest to ship — a film takes what it takes. Palexorcism is the first production.

Palexorcism
A film made inside Minecraft, with a universe of its own.
Palexorcism is the Syndicate's first entertainment production — a film shot inside Minecraft, with its own world, factions and cast.
That world already reaches into the platform: the Tsardom of God and Palegarden cosmetic sets on Resonance are drawn from it, and its map runs on the Syndicate's private Minecraft server.

ASGames
Games — the newest department, nothing released yet.
ASGames is the games department, and the youngest part of the structure. No title has shipped.
The first project in the works is a strategy game on a live map — provinces, terrain and a simulation shared between a browser and a server, so a single-player campaign and a networked match run the same rules.
Focus
