Novellica is in the works: books, novels and manga under one cover
We’re building Novellica, a place where authors publish their books, novels and manga and readers find them. We’re not naming a date yet, but development is in full swing, and in parallel we’re talking to publishers about licenses.

If you’ve ever posted your writing online, you know the quest. One site won’t let you put an image in a chapter, another only takes manga as a link to cloud storage, and on a third your chapter goes into moderation and disappears there for a week. Meanwhile your reader sits there hitting refresh.
So we’re building Novellica. It’s the platform from ASInkline, our books and publishing division: authors publish their work here, and readers read it, collect it in their library and talk about it. This isn’t a “someday” project, people are working on it every day.
What’s coming
Text of any length: light novels, novels, short stories, fanfiction, with images right inside the chapters. And page formats too, meaning your own manga, manhwa and comics, with a reader that does vertical scroll, two-page spreads and right-to-left. It all looks like a good book, on warm paper with proper typography, so your eyes aren’t done by chapter three.
For authors, especially you
Novellica is first of all for the people who write and draw. Your author dashboard will live in Creators, right next door to the Resonance music studio: chapters, covers, drafts and stats in one place. We count reads honestly: the server can tell when a chapter was actually read and not flicked through in three seconds, so your numbers will be real, not padded. The longer you publish without breaking the rules, the more trust you earn, and chapters from trusted authors go live instantly, no review queue. Fanfiction is welcome too, just name the original.
And we’re not stopping there: we intend to back authors for real, not just hand them a file uploader. We’ll share the details closer to launch, and there’ll be plenty to look at.
Licenses
In parallel we’re in talks with publishers and rights holders. The goal is simple: published books and novels you can read legally on Novellica instead of hunting for them on shady sites with three pop-ups per page. Contracts take their time, so no names yet, but the moment we sign something, you’ll be the first to know.
So when?
Soon. Yes, we know that’s the most annoying word in any announcement. We’ll give an honest date once we’re sure of it, not for the sake of a nice headline. Until then, keep writing your chapters, we’ll be needing them soon.
